Wire Transfer

• Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
• Confirmation Letter will be sent only after receipt of required fees.
• All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
• A copy of bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Refunds are available for completed registrations through the online system. Cancellations and refunds are only available during the pre-registration period. If you do not attend the conference without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
